Una Huei-Ying Chen

Huei-Ying Chen (Una) is from Changhua, Taiwan. She completed her Master's degree in International Business at STUST. Currently, She is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her current research interests include creativity, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She has published research paper at peer-reviewed journal, such as International Journal of Intercultural Relations (SSCI), Journal of Technology Management (TSSCI), along with numerous international conference papers. Her work receives Best Paper Award at the 2021 British Academy of Management Conference and the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award from the Chinese Society for Management of Technology.
Yeshwant Raj

Yeshwant Raj.s is from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. He earns a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a double Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on the Psychology of Employees, Technology and Innovative Management, Entrepreneurship Education, and Human Resources Practices. He is a professional badminton player and also plays Cricket, Baseball, and Softball for different clubs in Taiwan. He has published more than 11 research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals along with International conferences. He was working as an Assistant Professor for five years at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamilnadu. His hobbies are cooking, playing outdoor games, and watching MLB.
Gary Chen

Gary obtained his Executive MBA degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2023. Currently, he is a student in the Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA) at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. His research centers around the factors that drive the social dynamics among group members in startup companies. Gary is a financial specialist and holds an executive position at a commercial bank in Taiwan. In his free time, he is a keen golf enthusiast.
Akawut Jansom (MAN)

Akawut Jansom (MAN) is from the south part of Thailand, specifically Nakhon-Si-Thamarat. He obtained his BBA in International Business Management from Burapha University International College and later pursued an MSc in Digital Marketing at the University of Southampton (UK). He is currently studying for a Ph.D. at the Institute of Creative Industries Design (ICID), National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His current research interests include Online Consumer Behavior, Luxury Consumption, Influencer Marketing, Sustainable Marketing, and Creative Tourism. In addition, he is a marketing lecturer at the School of Management, Walailak University in Thailand. He also works with his family's business (fish wholesaler), where he supports sales forces and implements online marketing strategies.

My research focuses on user innovation and social enterprise, as I'm passionate about translating academic knowledge into tangible and positive social impact. Designing with social impact in mind - Graciela Gabrielle Angeline is passionate about business process development and inclusivity design. Graduated from Bina Nusantara University and Apple Developer Academy, she and her friends are Co-founded of PetaNetra, an app to help the visually impaired navigate independently in indoor public spaces using Augmented Reality. With a computer science educational background, Graciela believes that with the right technology, we can improve people lives and make a positive impact on society for years to come. Jane Yen is from New Taipei City, Taiwan. She majored in Finance and Financial Management. She has more than seven years of work experience in a garment company focused on Bonding Production Development, including two years of expatriate experience in factory management in Vietnam and setting up a bonding department in Cambodia. Now she is an R&D bonding team leader in Taiwan. She enjoys life and experiences life with her heart. She is a Master’s student at the IMBA of NCKU. Her research field focused on the expatriates’ work and micro-entrepreneurship.

Jacky is from Kaohsiung and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in English Literature from Wenzao Ursuline University, which was obtained in 2017. The research work focuses on "Work-life balance: A study on the "happiness" of self-employment and office worker." Huynh Thi Cam Huong (Harlie)

Harlie Huynh, from Vietnam, has a strong background in finance and banking, having held leadership roles at one of Vietnam’s largest banks and gained extensive financial auditing experience at PwC Vietnam. She is currently pursuing an MBA at NCKU, maintaining an outstanding academic record.
Her research explores governance and innovation, focusing on how governance mechanisms influence long-term innovation sustainability.
Beyond academics, she is highly adaptable and deeply engaged in Taiwanese culture. She sees conquering Taiwan’s mountains as a way to connect with the nation, appreciate its natural beauty, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
