Una Huei-Ying Chen

Huei-Ying Chen (Una) is from Changhua, Taiwan. She completed her Master's degree in International Business at STUST. Currently, She is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her current research interests include creativity, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She has published research paper at peer-reviewed journal, such as International Journal of Intercultural Relations (SSCI), Journal of Technology Management (TSSCI), along with numerous international conference papers. Her work receives Best Paper Award at the 2021 British Academy of Management Conference and the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award from the Chinese Society for Management of Technology.
Yeshwant Raj

Yeshwant Raj.s is from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. He earns a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a double Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on the Psychology of Employees, Technology and Innovative Management, Entrepreneurship Education, and Human Resources Practices. He is a professional badminton player and also plays Cricket, Baseball, and Softball for different clubs in Taiwan. He has published more than 11 research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals along with International conferences. He was working as an Assistant Professor for five years at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamilnadu. His hobbies are cooking, playing outdoor games, and watching MLB.
Gary Chen

Gary obtained his Executive MBA degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2023. Currently, he is a student in the Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA) at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. His research centers around the factors that drive the social dynamics among group members in startup companies. Gary is a financial specialist and holds an executive position at a commercial bank in Taiwan. In his free time, he is a keen golf enthusiast.
Akawut Jansom (MAN)

Akawut Jansom (MAN) is from the south part of Thailand, specifically Nakhon-Si-Thamarat. He obtained his BBA in International Business Management from Burapha University International College and later pursued an MSc in Digital Marketing at the University of Southampton (UK). He is currently studying for a Ph.D. at the Institute of Creative Industries Design (ICID), National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His current research interests include Online Consumer Behavior, Luxury Consumption, Influencer Marketing, Sustainable Marketing, and Creative Tourism. In addition, he is a marketing lecturer at the School of Management, Walailak University in Thailand. He also works with his family's business (fish wholesaler), where he supports sales forces and implements online marketing strategies.

Yi-Hsuan Chen (Gustav) graduated from Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages with a double major in English and German and is currently studying for an IMBA at NCKU. With over five years of experience working in higher education institutions, he specializes in administrative management, academic coordination, and financial planning. Gustav enjoys reading, watching movies, and traveling. With 6 years of experience working at a national security company, he has also had the opportunity to work abroad as an expatriate for about 4 years in Central America and the United States. His research focuses on leadership philosophy, the influence of leadership behavior on employee motivation, and the development of social capital. Outside of his professional interests, he is passionate about outdoor activities, particularly surfing and camping. Bianca is from Erlangen, Germany. She graduated in 2024 from the University of Applied Sciences FH Aachen with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In the fall semester of 2025, she began her Master’s degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University. Last year, she completed an internship at the German Trade Office Taipei in the Government Affairs, Delegation, and Event Management department. Her research interests focus on cultural differences in the workplace, particularly between Germany and Taiwan. Before starting her Master’s studies, she attended Ewha Womans University’s Language School in Seoul, where she studied Korean for six months — a skill she is still working to improve. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking.

Jane Yen is from New Taipei City, Taiwan. She majored in Finance and Financial Management. She has more than seven years of work experience in a garment company focused on Bonding Production Development, including two years of expatriate experience in factory management in Vietnam and setting up a bonding department in Cambodia. Now she is an R&D bonding team leader in Taiwan. She enjoys life and experiences life with her heart. She is a Master’s student at the IMBA of NCKU. Her research field focused on the expatriates’ work and micro-entrepreneurship.

Sharon Wei

Sharon is from Hsinchu, Taiwan. She holds a graduate degree from the Institute of Molecular Medicine at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU). She is now a full-time working Master’s student at the Institute of International Management at NCKU, where her research focuses on the relationships among technology monetization, business model architecture, and entrepreneurship. Before joining the IMBA program, she worked in academic research at Academia Sinica and the National Health Research Institutes, studying cancer mechanisms, genetic testing, early-stage drug development, stem cells, and related areas. She later moved into the startup world—building business models, technologies, products, and even supply-chain processes from the ground up. Sharon is also an alumna of the AWE Women Entrepreneurship Academy and has experience in both venture capital and accelerator environments. Currently navigating her own entrepreneurial path, she balances science, strategy, and the many uncertainties of the startup world. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, and spending time with her child—her most unpredictable “leadership coach” to date.
