Huei-Ying Chen (Una) is from Changhua, Taiwan. She completed her Master's degree in International Business at STUST. Currently, She is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Her current research interests include creativity, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She has published research paper at peer-reviewed journal, such as International Journal of Intercultural Relations (SSCI), Journal of Technology Management (TSSCI), along with numerous international conference papers. Her work receives Best Paper Award at the 2021 British Academy of Management Conference and the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award from the Chinese Society for Management of Technology.
Yeshwant Raj

Yeshwant Raj.s is from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. He earns a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a double Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research focuses on the Psychology of Employees, Technology and Innovative Management, Entrepreneurship Education, and Human Resources Practices. He is a professional badminton player and also plays Cricket, Baseball, and Softball for different clubs in Taiwan. He has published more than 11 research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals along with International conferences. He was working as an Assistant Professor for five years at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamilnadu. His hobbies are cooking, playing outdoor games, and watching MLB.

Gary obtained his Executive MBA degree from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2023. Currently, he is a student in the Doctor of Business Administration program (DBA) at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. His research centers around the factors that drive the social dynamics among group members in startup companies. Gary is a financial specialist and holds an executive position at a commercial bank in Taiwan. In his free time, he is a keen golf enthusiast.
Akawut Jansom (MAN)

Akawut Jansom (MAN) is from the south part of Thailand, specifically Nakhon-Si-Thamarat. He obtained his BBA in International Business Management from Burapha University International College and later pursued an MSc in Digital Marketing at the University of Southampton (UK). He is currently studying for a Ph.D. at the Institute of Creative Industries Design (ICID), National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His current research interests include Online Consumer Behavior, Luxury Consumption, Influencer Marketing, Sustainable Marketing, and Creative Tourism. In addition, he is a marketing lecturer at the School of Management, Walailak University in Thailand. He also works with his family's business (fish wholesaler), where he supports sales forces and implements online marketing strategies.

Designing with social impact in mind - Graciela Gabrielle Angeline is passionate about business process development and inclusivity design. Graduated from Bina Nusantara University and Apple Developer Academy, she and her friends are Co-founded of PetaNetra, an app to help the visually impaired navigate independently in indoor public spaces using Augmented Reality. With a computer science educational background, Graciela believes that with the right technology, we can improve people lives and make a positive impact on society for years to come. Her research focuses on social impact, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.

Yi-Chi Yen (Lea) is from Tainan, Taiwan. She completed the first Master degree in Foreign Language Education and Cultural Industries at Wen Zao University of Languages. She is reviewer of National Geographic Learning, Cengage Group, USA, for reviewing the 2nd main materials of National Geographic Learning. She is now pursuing the second and the third Master degrees at NCKU and also the owner of the language institution with five hundred students and sixteen employees concurrently. Her research focuses on organization, entrepreneurship and employee behaviors. She always tries to conquer difficulties to make anything possible.

She used to work at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village as Pharmacist for 2 years (2018-2020), responsible in managing Inpatient Services, drug material cost, and drug reimbursement for National Health Insurance. Being exposed to managerial responsibility raised her interest in management skill, which encourage her to get her MBA to improve her capability. Hi, I'm Giegee from Thailand. After gained my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University and worked for a couple years, I decided to continue my academic journey abroad. And here I am, studying in Taiwan and also a master's degree student in the IMBA program, NCKU. As entrepreneurship and international trade are my areas of interest, I aim to learn more about it. Luckily that I met Prof. Alex and become one of his advisees. His lab and courses specialize in entrepreneurship which exactly the things I’m looking for and it’s really helpful for my thesis work, that is about entrepreneurial intentions and activities. I wasn’t expecting that living in Taiwan is gonna be these fun and adventurous, never regret for making this journey.
